In this moment of democratic crisis, widening inequality, and growing fear for so many of us, I'm proud and grateful to be joining the team at Demos, fighting for a more inclusive democracy, economy, and society.

In the last year we have helped restore voting rights for hundreds of thousands of voters through our emergency litigation work; helped build the power of grassroots movement partners pushing for transformative, structural reforms to our democracy like the restoration of voting rights in Florida; developed powerful narratives and policy ideas that helped move the policy debate in 2018 towards a vision of a multiracial, inclusive economy and democracy.

But there is much, much more work to be done, and we would be honored to have your support continuing this important work.

In 2019, Demos will drive forward key initiatives essential for rebuilding our democracy, converting crisis into long-term change. Out of this moment of fear and crisis, together we can help Demos build powerful multi-racial coalitions that defend the disenfranchised, galvanize action to save the planet, and cultivate the next generation of progressive leaders who have a passion for racial equity and a vision for our democratic future.
